Download Client / Access Portal​

Welcome to XXAI. Please choose the right installation method for your device.

Mobile App Download​

Android

  • Google Play Store: Click here to download, or simply search for "XXAI" on Google Play to explore a smarter future!
  • APK Installer (Alternative): Failed to get download URL or scan the QR code to download the official APK. You may need to enable "Install from unknown sources" in your device settings.

Notes: For the best experience, we recommend updating your device to iOS 14.0 or Android 8.0 and above.

Registration and Login Process​

To protect your account and ensure service availability, the XXAI App offers several registration and login options, including email and third-party authentication.

Registration Process​

Method 1: Email (Recommended)

  1. Open the app and tap Register.
  2. Enter a valid email address.
  3. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
  4. Create a secure password.
  5. Agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, then tap Register.
  • Tip: Please use an active email address you control. It will be used for account recovery and important notifications.

Method 2: Third-Party Accounts

  • Use your Google, Apple ID, Telegram, or Microsoft account to sign up instantly. An XXAI account will be automatically created and linked.

Login​

  1. Open the app and go to the Login screen.
  2. Choose your login method (Email + Password or a third-party account).
  3. After a successful login, you'll be taken to the home screen.

Quick Login and Auto-Login​

  • Use the "Remember Me" function to stay logged in.
  • Your session remains active for 7-30 days, after which you'll need to log in again.
  • You can easily switch between multiple accounts or wallets while logged in.

Security Tip​

  • Never share your password or verification codes with anyone.

Forgot Password Process​

  1. Open the XXAI application.
  2. On the Login page, tap "Forgot Password."
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. Tap "Get Code". We'll send a verification code to your email.
  5. Enter the code and set a new password.
  6. Submit to complete the reset, then log in with your new password.

Security Tips​

  • Create a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and includes letters and numbers.
  • If you don't receive a verification email, check your spam folder and ensure the email address you entered is correct. Please wait a minute or two before trying again.
  • If you can no longer access your email, contact customer support for help with account recovery.

Support Note​

  • If you signed up using a third-party account (Google, Apple, etc.), please use that platform's password recovery feature.

Account Security​

Your account's security is the first line of defense for your data and assets. XXAI uses multiple security layers and recovery options to protect you.

Security Mechanisms​

  • Email Verification: All accounts must be tied to a verified email address.
  • Login Protection: We limit login attempts to prevent brute-force attacks and send you alerts for logins from new locations.
  • Encrypted Passwords: Your password is encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms and can never be viewed in plaintext.
  • Device Management: You can view and manage all logged-in devices from your settings.

Advanced Security​

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of security with email verification codes or wallet signatures (for Web3 users).
  • Sensitive Operations: Actions like changing your password, withdrawing funds, or making large transfers require a second verification step.

Account Recovery​

  • Password Reset: Use the "Forgot Password" flow on the login screen to reset your password via email.
  • Private Keys & Mnemonic Phrases: If you lose your mnemonic phrase or private key, XXAI cannot recover it for you. Your assets are self-custodied.
  • Recommendation: Always keep a secure, offline (cold) backup of your mnemonic phrase.
